I gave it a low rating, just cause of the fact.
That the last 4 times I've been to that place to get my daughter or myself. A haircut says it's open. You look it up you, Google, it, it's open. You get there and it's closed.

Doesn't accept Walk-ins, rushed my child's hair cut then charged me more than if I would of gone to our regular stylist. I know my child's hair is curly like really curly but they pulled her hair and cut it messed up. My child left with swollen eyes from crying. Not coming here again.

I am so upset, I don’t know what to do. I called this shop and told them my mom is African American and has natural hair. I asked if a rinse could be done since I did a dye that didn’t take 2 days prior. And if she could get a texturizer. The stylist said she would have to see her in person. That’s understandable. My mom is 68 years old and on a cane but she made her way there. This is how my mom’s hair was when she left the shop and paid $58. I called and expressed that I was unhappy. I was professional, didn’t use any profanity and didn’t raise my voice. My mom was in and out in 30 mins so I know the stylist didn’t try or didn’t care. I understand if...read full review
