Nick is a fantastic trainer. From our initial consultation, he took the time to listen to my story, my fitness goals, and what I wanted to get out of my fitness journey. He is accommodating and truly cares about his clients. Nick makes you feel comfortable and challenges you to build strength and make changes outside the gym. He is honest about the changes needed to meet your goals and encourages you every step of the way. I have learned a lot with Nick. I usually work out at home, and I have tailored my regular exercise routine with all that I have learned from Nick, including warm-up, stretching, good form, and split.
