I was not happy with my entire shopping experience at Rosin. The eye exam was great and the optometrist was friendly but it went extremely downhill from there. More than 10 days later I still don't have my contacts that my insurance was supposed to cover. I had to pay $83 out of pocket for the right lens. Ridiculous!

This office needs to be closed down instead of the office in Oak Park. The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially with people who don't speak Spanish. I initially went to the office in Oak Park, and both doctors that I saw there we're great, especially Dr. Nina Riccardi. I wound up having to go to the Berwyn office during the pandemic as the Oak Park of office was only open on certain days. I only continue to go there because the doctors were very good but at this point I am no longer interested in subjecting myself or my family to the ignorance, arrogance, and unprofessionalism of the office staff at Berwyn. Not upfront about charges in advance.
Attitude about adjusting a prescription.
Requested prescription delivery in advance to be picked up, not ready. Requested to be mailed, never arrived.
