I have been coming here since March and I am so pleased with my results. Lucy has been so great with appointments even if she has to cancel she helps by offering another appointment to still get you in. I wanted to schedule an appointment, but after reading the reviews I'm hesitant. What bothers me even more is the manner in which the owner responds. Every response starts with Hun, I really think that's so unprofessional . I didn't want to give less than 4 stars because I haven't gone and that wouldn't be fair. But try responding to yr customers in a more professional manner.
