From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, but what really made the difference was being attended by Bori. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. One of those people who naturally make you feel comfortable right away.

On top of that, Bori is extremely knowledgeable about hair. He explained things clearly, gave me tips I had never considered before, and even suggested future hairstyle ideas that actually fit my style and hair type.
