I am the Director of Facility Operations at an assistive living center. I finally got to meet our Terminix person. I had some questions about insects I have been seeing and having reports about . There was a lack of communication on my part . She instantly gave me her credentials and applied changes to our needs . I am certain now she is aware of situation, we will over come our pest . I called her today to ask about another pest Paper Wasp that are all of a sudden everywhere. Amanda Nikolich is a phenomenal Terminix employee who truly went above and beyond during my service appointment. From the moment she arrived, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being provided.
