My dad was in bad shape when we transferred him to Benton Rehab out of another facility. The staff at Benton Rehab were wonderful. They treated my dad with kindness and respect. Me and my family felt comfort knowing he was in good hands. I would trust them with any of my family members.
My father was provided exemplary care by compassionate providers in a clean and safe environment. We have been in multiple facilities throughout Illinois and this is, hands down, the most caring, responsive and incredible group of CNAs, nurses and staff. From the director to housekeeping to food service staff, each care team member knows their residents, cares for and about them and makes it feel like home. My parents went to this nursing home before my father died. It's very clean, the staff are very caring. My dad was 90 and living independently up until he broke his hip, so nothing is as good as home. But I would recommend this facility.
