Absolutely the best customer service around. I have used Heineke's on many occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, always professional, know what they're doing...simply the best. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Was going to have to buy a whole new washer. Called heineke and they had a service guy come within a week. It was a simple fixed and saved me money on having to buy a whole new washer. Very pleased with everything. Great job guys will call again if I have any other issues.

I would not buy anywhere else. When I need an appliance I just call, they tell me what they have and I get it delivered. They even install the appliance if need be. The staff there is fantastic, Nancy and Bruce are so easy to work with. Fair prices, good selection and honest, trustworthy people. The experience they provide sure beats the box stores.
