The guys at CIA are prompt, reliable, reasonably priced, and will take good care of you. We’ve used them for several years and have been very pleased.
Called on a Friday when I was having issues with my furnace turning on. They were able to come out and fix it the same day and get my heat working. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any repairs and maintenance.
After a poor experience with another local contractor that got drawn out over something simply overlooked until we troubleshot/found the problem ourselves, (and remained unfixed), CIA came same-day to diagnose the problem. A part was ordered, received, and repair was made the very next day. Scott and Chase were professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest, expedient, and caring in regard to the issue. We won’t be going with anyone else in the future, should the need arise. Highly recommend!
