I’ve been going to Pearle Vision for two years now. They always get me in and out quickly (without feeling rushed) and everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. I recently moved half an hour away but still made the drive to the Belvidere location because I really appreciate their customer service.

The doctors was professional and knowledgeable. The doctor explained the process of each test and asked if I had any questions. The opticians were welcoming and pleasant to work with even though I was not getting glasses there. The opticians did not have a change of attitude towards me.

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle. The 3 women I interacted with were all genuinely nice, helpful, and good at their jobs. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated. I will return to this store next time I need new glasses !
