She messaged me before my appointment so that we could “nail” down all my appointment details. I was able to send her photos of what I wanted before my appt so she was well prepared. She was very transparent and friendly and was open to answering all my questions. I came in with chipped, uneven nails and she worked miraculous wonders to make them look amazing!!“
