“Unitrim Cement & Landscaping has been providing concrete service at our condo association (Wilshire Condominum Assiciation) for past 15 years to our full satisfaction. Our property's original concrete (as done by our property builder in year of 2002) had surface chipped off and shifted concrete blocks within 5-6 years. We used previously 2 other concrete companies to replace the original concrete, but their concrete would chip off at edges or get cracks within 3-5 years as well. Eventually we started using Unitrim Cement & Landscaping company to replace all that old damaged, chipped, shifted concrete. So far all Unitrim cement still looks like brand new, no chipping, no shifting, no cracks that need repears, etc. Unitrim also uses some special sealant coating that protects our concrete in winter from salt or seasonal damage. Unitrim as well protects our foundation concrete wall so rain/melting snow is not going underground between concrete side walks and foundation to prevent foundation erosion. Unitrim connects our new concrete to old/existing concrete with metal rods, which prevents shifting between concrete blocks. Overall, we are highly satisfied with Unitrim quality work, hence we have been explicitly giving Unitrim all of our concrete work over last 15 years because their concrete job quality speaks for itself. We work with Gary from Unitrim cement and Gary is doing great job at giving us very detailed itemized estimates where we don't face any surprise added on work or charges, what he quotes us, that is what we get and pay.
We just had 4 sidewalk areas redone and one front patio by Unitrim in October 2026, and work was excellent this time around as it was in previous years as well. We would highly recommend Unitrim for good quality long lasting concrete work.”
