Trevor was great! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I had both my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. When he arrived he walked through to check how many vents I had and then got started. He checked in regularly to let me know how he was progressing and if he had found any issues. He was quick, clean and so kind. I will continue to use them each year for my dryer vent cleaning and every few years for cleaning my air ducts as well.

Service tech, Trevor called prior to arrival. Punctual. Went over everything and gave final quote prior to starting. Final quote was within a few dollars of estimate over the phone. Carpet looks like new. They always do a great job! Yes, they're more expensive than other carpet cleaners, but you get what you pay for.

Duraclean was amazing with coming out to clean our ducts! After searching for a company for a while I am so thrilled we went with this company. They definitely have the best rates in the area for this type of service and the best customer service for sure. I had reached out to a different company and had a horrible experience which led me even more toward using Duraclean. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned!! I believe his name was Travis was who worked with us and he was great from start to finish in the process of cleaning and sanitizing everything. Thank you so much Duraclean!!
