Prompt and professional service. After a "flood" in my basement due to an older water softener, I called Off Water on recommendation from a friend who had theirs replaced by Affordable Water. Best referral ever. Definitely call if you want great service.

Chris started by measuring our water quality from the well and after the water softener. He did an excellent job offering us options then installing the water heater and iron filter that we wanted! He also provided a treatment to try to help clean the iron from our water softener. He’s very experienced and did an excellent installation at a good price!

We had a great experience with updating our water softener and installing an iron curtain. We have well water and we’re having issues with a lot of iron and sulfur in our water. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything that was required to make our water better. We have had zero issues since installation, and will continue to support this business. Highly recommend!
