Aire Serv of West Peoria is truly appreciated for the entire operation, from scheduling to installation to clean up. The team is knowledgeable, dedicated, and great at customer service. They are quick to respond, even calling back on a Sunday, and the technician sent was very nice and did an excellent job. The guys are amazing and came right out to fix an AC issue. They were very informative, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. When an AC went out on the hottest week of the year, they were super helpful and very quick with service setup, bringing an emergency portable unit after hours. The tech was amazing, super personable, and explained each step in depth. The team is awesome, very professional, and thorough. Communication prior to and after the appointment was great. Highly recommended for residential and commercial needs.

I am very pleased that I requested for this company to call me. They were quick to respond to my request by calling me back on a Sunday. The technician (Doug) they sent was very nice and did an excellent job. I will call them again if I ever need any help with my air or my furnace. I highly recommend them.
