I got beautiful arrangement from Rosebud and I was extremely happy with it, but I feel the like communication style for this business could use some improvement. He hair he would seem a picture of the finished product before it was delivered and he did not. I then had to ask several times for a pictures and didn’t get one until after it was delivered. When I called about it he acted like I was bothering him

I called on a Saturday, with maybe an hour and a half to spare left before close, after unsuccessful attempts to locate the website abs order online as I had in a few years previously. The lady listened and then gave me options to order over the phone, she would create an arrangement with the available options they had and she would deliver to my grandma on her way home. My grandma's birthday was on Sunday and I wanted to be sure she got something on or before, so that she knew how special she was, and could feel that.
I didn't get to see what they put together but for the last 4 weeks my grandma has talked about them every time we speak. I truly can't thank you enough, you delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Something beautiful that made her feel as special as she is to me. You took the time on a last minute call from states away (Louisiana) to help me and make it happen. Amazing customer service!
Nadia is a wonderful hairstylist! I went there with my mother, who has dementia, and she was so kind and patient—she even allowed me to care for my mom while she finished my hair. She’s great with every style you ask for. I absolutely love my hair and wouldn’t mind going back again and again!

I'm actually rating the coffee shop in the back of the salon. Decent selection of hot and iced espresso based drinks with many flavors available. A little on the higher price range. The iced coffee is definitely good
