Although Modern has taken awesome care of all of our annual check ups for many years, we recently had to replace our furnace. We could not be happier with the service we once again received from the initial call setting up the appointment to the final installation of the equipment. Our service tech Felipe was outstanding! Polite, thorough, & extremely knowledgeable. Thank you to Modern Heating & Plumbing for a truly pleasant experience. The big guys like 4 Seasons, ABC, etc. are all about making numbers and selling product. When that happens the customer then becomes a number as well. Those larger more corporate type companies do not offer the same type of personalized experience Modern Heating & Plumbing does.I highly recommend Modern Heating & Plumbing for all your HVAC & plumbing needs.
