The old old old clubs may have been, not up to par, pun intended. I picked up a used driver about four years ago, it was two years old then. I paid $100 and was able to drive just as far and straight as the other players. So, I bought an E722 two years ago, and it was better than the older driver. Two weeks ago I broke the shaft right at the hosel. I called TourEdge , they said that someone would call me with a RA number to send the the club to factory for refiting of a new shaft, because it had a lift time warranty. Two days later they called and said a new shaft was on the way. I received it, installed it, now all is good. By the way, Veterans get 15% off. Check out... read full review

I have a C721 that has beed hands down a game improvement club for me and has a ton of pop. After 3 years my shaft broke at the hozzle. That was Sunday, I emailed and received a response on Monday. Jenipher had a new shaft on my porch by Wednesday. The guarantee is well worth it. I also have a 3w, 7w, and a 52 wedge that are awesome. Theres almost too much distance in these clubs. I find the product to be made well, it has improved my game and now that I have used the warranty I will be sticking with them moving forward.

Fedex had received the creation of the shipping label but not the package . After a week I finally decided to call Tour Edge and the customer service guy named Jason got right on top of it and hunted down the issue. Within the hour he had called me back with the resolution .Come to find out , fedex lost the package. Jason was able to get a new one ready and had the fedex driver come all the way back for my one package to make sure it got to me in a reasonable amount of time. Great customer service !
