Had an issue with the head on my e722 driver. I called their telephone number and spoke with a excellent customer service representative who gave me their warranty email address. Emailed the address and Mike emailed back with physical address in about 10 minutes. Mailed old head back just looking for a repair, 5 business days latter Brand New e725 head arrived at my door. Best warranty experience ever.
I was disappointed when the shaft of my new C725 driver snapped, but Tour Edge made that right with exceptional customer service. They replied to my email in a day, showing real concern and immediately willing to make it right. Their communication was quick and informative, and they quickly organized a replacement shaft. Tour Edge showed how customer service is done – with compassion and a desire to make it right. I'm thoroughly pleased and looking forward to adding to my Tour Edge collection.
Had a terrible fitting at Club Champion where they were going to charge $3,000 for a Driver, 4W and 7W. It was going to take 3-4 weeks to build the clubs, too. They also had different models of fairway woods which was not what I wanted.
Reached out to Mike at Tour Edge as I had the specs. He quoted under $1,000 and they could build things to the specs. The clubs were ordered on Feb 7 and delivered on Feb 8. Seriously, less than 24 hours, is that service or what?
Have got on Trackman 3x since the clubs have been delivered and very pleased with the results. Seeing results on the course will be the final arbitrator, but kudos to Mike... read full review
