We had some Clients hire them for an Inspection on a transaction outside of our usual Vendor's covered area & we were incredibly pleased at their promptness, professionalism & pleasant demeanor. We will use them again.
I had to request a last minute well water sample test for an upcoming closing. Keenan and Robbie were understanding and on top of it! They responded immediately and I had the results within a day! As I talked with them more, I learned that their skillset, expertise and knowledge is quite extensive. I was really impressed, and I will certainly be using them in the future.
Dustin was incredible. He explained the process before he started and methodically went through every area of the house from the roof to the landscaping. When he was finished he went through the major areas of concern. If not for his expertise and experience we would have not know of half the major issues before our 1st walk through. We will be using him again in eight months to see if any issues developed that need to be fixed before the new build warranty expires.
