Shawn is very good. When I first started with her I could barely get around. Now I am not the athlete I once was but many days are pain free or my pain level is at least tolerable. I find her method is more tolerable than most surgeries. I highly reccomend trying her before trying something more invasive. It might not work for everyone or for all conditions but it is definitely worth giving it a try
