My tech today was Kevin. Not my first time dealing with him as a technician and he always does a wonderful job explaining everything and answering any questions I have. He’s very thorough covering every area I was concerned about and Pays great attention to detail and what’s needed.
Kevin was prompt, polite and professional. After a brief explanation of what I was experiencing, he had a plan. Said I should follow up with a return visit from ProActive in two weeks to see if there was any more activity.
Tyler was very good. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very professional and was not rushed. Would certainly ask for him to come help us again.Services: General pest inspection
