Mark’s Plumbing Inc. was one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years of home ownership!! Starting with the initial phone call to Gracey who couldn’t have been more helpful with my many questions about my 31 year old Rheem hot water tank! Within minutes I had a fair estimate and a convenient appointment scheduled!! On the day of the install I was notified when Michael & Jessie were on their way! When they arrived in their clean, nicely decorated van and well dressed in their uniforms! Both were very polite and very informative to my questions! We just had Mark's Plumbing come out on an emergency visit due to the fact that our refrigerator clunked out and we ordered a new one which isn't due for delivery until tomorrow. When we were disconnecting the ice maker from the refrigerator, we noticed that the shut off valve was still leaking, ALOT, despite crimping the line and trying to replace the shut off valve on our own. We realized that due to the fact that the builder of our home put a copper tubing pipe in for the connection, which would need to be cut off before a replacement shut off valve could be attached. Extremely impressive from start to finish. Called to ask for a plumber to look at a leaking outside faucet that was spewing water inside our basement.when turned on! Since we could turn off the faucet outside and stop the leak this was not an emergency. Spoke with Grace and related our issues. Made an appointment. Mike and Jessie called ahead and arrived even earlier than scheduled. They quickly went to trouble spot and pointed out split in pipe just inside basement wall. Turned off main water feed and went to work. Explaining exactly what we should expect and how quickly this would be fixed.
