After a very negative experience with another local cleaning company, it took me some time to feel comfortable inviting strangers into my home again. With Clove, my concerns were quickly alleviated. While I don’t always have the same 2-3 cleaners, there is always at least one familiar face (and I try to be home most of the time when they’re here for peace of mind).
There have been occasional schedule changes, but I attribute this partly to my preference for being present during cleanings. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say. The Clive cleaning team always does a terrific job! I really appreciate that they ask each time if there is anything special that needs to be done. It feels great to walk into a clean home after they are done.
