I needed to get my tank emptied and was recommended to call Black Gold Septic by my boss.Amanda and Katy were pleasant, helpful, and very accommodating for scheduling over the phone.Bill came out with Leo and did an incredibly thorough job- he spent a LOT of time with me outside of the job at hand to discuss maintenance, possible future problems with our cast iron pipes, and his valued (20 year) experience and insight.I can’t highly recommend this outfit enough and can confidently refer Black gold.A life long customer has been created, and I look forward to future work with them. Brian was honest and helpful. They came out when they were suppose to and were quick. Hey explained the system and removed both caps and removed the sludge from inlet pipe. No other company has done they in the past. I’ll be using black gold moving forward.
