“I was looking for a local barber for my haircut and beard trim. I had previously gone to SportsClips for my cuts, which I have no issues with; I was just looking for a bit more pampering and attention to my beard. After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided to go with Beardsgaard. It was a little bit of a hassle to have to create an account to make an appointment, but certainly not insurmountable. I was hoping for something the same week, but they were booked, so I picked a slot the following week. I had really high expectations upon arriving. Fortunately, they did not disappoint. The shop's atmosphere is fun and the staff is friendly. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and had to wait just a few minutes to get a chair. Anthony was my barber and he did a fantastic job all around. It was a great experience and I'm definitely going back. My only real complaint is that their lotions seem to have a clove scent to them, which I'm not fond of. I wasn't aware of that initially, so I didn't think to have them use something different, but I know for next time.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“
