I feel well served. My only problem is that all of the staff talk so quickly - tryng to keep up with Dr. Horton I think - that I often have to ask them to repeat. Us elders don't compute so quickly.
First Visit. Exceptionally professional experience from start to finish. All involved took the time to explain what they were doing and how to maintain better skin health. There was a great comfort level, so I will certainly shout it out here.
FOLLOWUP - Each visit has been excellent, and the medical team there maintains a very professional standard. Dr. Horton and her assistants always provide details as to the results of tests or their observations.
Professionally fast and furious, with respect and consideration. Always look forward to the visit although I could do without the biopsies! J/K! They are sometimes necessary and as painless as possible.
