Olly was very professional the entire time and checked on how I was doing throughout the process. She was gentle and had the softest touch. I was there to relax so I appreciated the minimal talking. I have been suffering with PCOs hair loss and Kelsey took that into strong consideration. That head massage was so on point. I even enjoyed getting the scalp analysis done it was pretty cool seeing it under the microscope and Kelsey was very informative. Cannot wait to book my next one!”
