Came in on 7/10/2022 and scheduled an appointment for 7/14/2022 at 12:30 pm with Elsa. Arrived on time for the appointment and was asked to come back at 3:00 pm because Elsa was not in yet. Arrived at 3:00 pm and was told Elsa wasn't there. I wasted time and gas. This is not the first time this has happened either.

Overall was pleased. Called and got in with I’m a few hours. Very nice staff.
Little disappointed that I showed a marble design and was told no can’t do it but based on here can be done. Also did not realize that I could not leave tip unless it was cash and I had none on me. Overall was fast and nicely done
I had a great experience here today! The staff was welcoming and attentive, and they took their time to make sure my nails were perfect. The attention to detail and quality of work really stand out. I’ll definitely be back! Macey did my pedicure & Jojo did my nails. What I appreciate THE most is that Jojo listened to what I wanted.
