Came in on 7/10/2022 and scheduled an appointment for 7/14/2022 at 12:30 pm with Elsa. Arrived on time for the appointment and was asked to come back at 3:00 pm because Elsa was not in yet. Arrived at 3:00 pm and was told Elsa wasn't there. I wasted time and gas. This is not the first time this has happened either.
Overall was pleased. Called and got in with I’m a few hours. Very nice staff. Little disappointed that I showed a marble design and was told no can’t do it but based on here can be done. Also did not realize that I could not leave tip unless it was cash and I had none on me. Overall was fast and nicely done
