My husband and I highly recommend Michael Murphy. We hired him to represent us when we bought our first home. We thought he was really informative and did a great job helping us work with the seller after our home inspection. It seemed like he was really knowledgeable about the process too. What most impressed us was how sincere his advocacy felt. At closing, we had some concerns about some of the repairs that seller made. He talked us through it, advised us on the best strategy, and stayed with us for several hours until we heard from the seller.
