Michael J. Murphy and Jolyn are incredible professionals. They have been my right arm for many transactions and I can always count on a smooth closing. It's obvious Michael knows everyone when he enters the office and a smile is always returned. Their fees are fare and well worth every penny. Michael was friendly, efficient and honest. He handled our closing with professionalism and was detailed with every form. His assistant Stacy was amazing as well and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. I would definitely use Michael again and would recommend friends and family.

My husband and I highly recommend Michael Murphy. We hired him to represent us when we bought our first home. We thought he was really informative and did a great job helping us work with the seller after our home inspection. It seemed like he was really knowledgeable about the process too. What most impressed us was how sincere his advocacy felt. At closing, we had some concerns about some of the repairs that seller made. He talked us through it, advised us on the best strategy, and stayed with us for several hours until we heard from the seller. It never felt like he was itching to leave during that time, which I would have expected since we were there for so long! Afterwards, he helped make sure the remaining repairs were taken care of. I can't comment on price, since my husband and I hired him through a plan. He always responded to e-mails on time, and was responsive when we called as well. Overall, Michael seemed reliable and trustworthy, and was a great advocate for us when we bought our first home. We highly recommend him!
