Absolutely the best massage in Barrington! I have been going consistently for several months now and feel incredible. She is very meticulous about her technique and insures she is doing what your muscles and body need based on what she is feeling. I would highly recommend !

Would highly recommend Therese at Massage Movement! Her body work is excellent, and invaluable for competitive athletes to keep them in top form! She has amazing hands and knows exactly what needs to be done to relieve tightness, pain, knots, etc.!
