I've had both good experiences and not so good experiences. I've been a patient there for several years. I've learned to make appointments only with the dermatologists. With that being said, it can be difficult to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time.I have had appointments with Practitioners and they have made mistakes in the past, and I would prefer not to see them.
Wonderful experience at Derick Dermatology. Here are some of the highlights of our visit for my 14 year-old's acne treatment: flexible scheduling, friendly, efficient and on-time office staff, warm and inviting office space (and that was before we were seen by our PA Hannah!!). We did not have to wait at all during the entire visit to the office. We were greeted right away, then we were brought to an exam room to give background info, take some pictures, etc. Hannah (our PA) came in within 3 minutes of us wrapping up the background information. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the Medical Assistant to the PA. Kimberly was very thorough in the exam. At no time did I feel rushed or a bother. All my questions and concerns were answered.
