The good doctor provides specific 'workouts' to help your body improve itself. He has a huge pool of knowledge that will get you back in the gym pain free in no time. “I took my daughter to Evolve after she was diagnosed with torticollis at 2 months old. From birth, my daughter had been only looking to her right and would only sleep on her right side, which caused the right side of her head to become flat. She was also showing signs that her neck was bothering her and that she was experiencing discomfort. Dr. Delphine came up with an adjustment plan to correct my daughter's torticollis as well as help reshape her head without a helmet. Dr. Delphine explained that a helmet would help correct the shape of my daughter's head, but it would not help correct the root cause that was making her neck tight and causing her discomfort. She also gave me many tips to do at home to help her. A few weeks after Dr. Delphine began working with my daughter, she already was showing significant improvement with how she could move her neck, and now at 5 months, she sits up straight and easily turns her head in both directions. Her head is now also perfectly symmetrical, without ever having to use a helmet. I am very impressed with the results that Dr. Delphine helped us achieve, and I highly recommend her.
