First time I had visited elements. Usually I'm very unhappy whenever I go somewhere for a massage. You cannot imagine how pleased and excited I was after the experience I had here. I worked with Floyd who did amazing work. Currently I have several muscle issues as well as nerve damage and decreased by pain by about 75 to 90% depending on the area. I was only in town for 5 days but I actually made time to come back the night I was leaving because I was so pleased with the service. I highly recommend elements. This place is the best. Everyone is super friendly and making or adjusting appointments is incredibly easy. I usually try and see David. David is a true professional, he's very attentive and always does a great job when I need some work done. He's also taught me a lot of things I can do on my own to stay healthy. I really appreciate how detailed he is.

I came here per Kopal suggestion to receive massage first time. Kopal was kind and have an excellent customer service skills. She welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I got massage from floyd and felt relaxed. I came outside and Kopal checked me out and we chatted for bit and then I left. I Highly recommend this place. Thank you kopal.I admire Kopal she handled a very difficult situation today in the best professional ways.
