We could not be happier with our experience with Auburn Veterinary Service. We've taken all four of our animals there for nearly a decade, two of which have passed in that time. The commitment Dr. Kyle, the vet techs, and the office staff have shown to our little family is incredible, but we could not be more grateful to have their talent and empathy during those times when we lost animals. Both times, Dr. Kyle was by our side, providing guidance and emotional support, making a turbulent time as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Wonderful. We've been using them a little over a year now since moving to the area. We actually just had our 9 y/o German shepherd get sick suddenly and they were so great and understanding when we had to face the hard decision to put him to sleep. So great during the whole ordeal. Absolutely trust them with our remaining dog and any future fur family members we may acquire.

Doctor Kyle is smart, patient and friendly. He explains his care plans and involves the owners in the process. The vet techs are incredible! They take the time to put owners at ease, are very gentle handling the animals and when shots or blood draws are required they know how to distract both animals and owners. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and are more than willing to explain a bill, help fill a prescription and keep the clean. I don't think you could find a better group of people to take care of your pets
