“After watching a roof replacement across the street, I wanted to see if Professional Chimney could do the same kind of beautiful roofing job for my home. The whole process moved quickly, and I was impressed by how fast the crew was able to get everything scheduled and completed. After checking reviews and learning more about their roofing work, I felt confident moving forward.
Brent came out promptly and spent a lot of time going over each step of the new roof installation with me. We talked through shingle colors, roofing materials, and what would work best for the house. Soon after, the project got underway, and Ryan, the foreman, was excellent to work with throughout the entire job. He kept me updated, answered questions, and made sure every part of the roofing project was handled the right way.
The new roof was finished quickly, and the upgraded architectural shingles look great. The crew kept the property protected and cleaned up well during the work, which I really appreciated. Communication was strong from start to finish, and every call was returned right away. As someone with a background in residential contracting, I noticed the attention to detail and solid workmanship. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs in Lincoln, and I am very pleased with the results.”
Bruns Renovations, Roofing, & Inspections
“Finishing work leaves a lot to be desired. They scratched my deck dropping shingles and left tar marks on my siding. They removed my gutter guards and didn't put them back up. When my father called to ask about it Cory told him that he'd told me they were broken. He never said that to me, and they weren't broken. When I put the gutter guards back on myself I discovered mortar and nails in the gutters he told me were clean. The tuck pointing on the back of the chimney was sloppy as if no one expected it would be seen. They left their dumpster on my property for over a week and only came to get it after we called and asked. I think the crew who did the work knew what they were doing but they were also clearly working as fast as possible, so I worry they cut more corners I haven't discovered yet. ?”
