I really like and appreciate the attention and treatment I receive from the staff at the Annawan, IL clinic. They're always friendly and professional and have went out of they're way to accommodate my work requirements. The provider always makes sure I understand any results or instructions I'm given. As well as giving me plenty of time to ask any questions that I may have, even when they're busy. I could go to the clinic in the city I live in, but I prefer to go to the Annawan clinic. Their hours and days they're open are perfect for my hectic schedule. I try to take the time to thank and tell them how good they are as often as I can.
This place is very good. Only bad time was with Sarah she wouldn't give me a 2 day work note when I was sick so I paid $50 online and got my note elsewhere. She only gave me 1 day off. Sarah was power tripping most horrible provider ever. I'll never be seen by her again. Refuse to pay them for that useless visit. When someone is sick let them recover from work so they don't spread it. It was clear as day I was sick. All other providers there are amazing they listen to you and help you. Miss powertrip not so much.
Always quick and courteous care at this clinic. I feel that the practitioners all listen and acknowledge patient questions and concerns well. The only constructive criticism I have is that their phone presence is lacking. If you call with a question or concern you'll be on hold until you hang up.
