AWFUL experience today! Will never go back nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! 1st off it Rubbed me very wrong that the doctor asked me where I worked, I said nowhere cause it ain’t his business, then that’s literally all he kept mentioning the rest of the 4 minutes I was with him. If you must know, doctor, I don’t know what your name is because you never introduced yourself, I do work and I make pretty decent money. I do not work a traditional 9-5 but I make more doing gig work than I did at a factory. Everyone was great when me and my girlfriend came to visit. We had an issue with only 1 person there that was extremely rude at the optical desk. Instead of politely telling my girlfriend that she would be with her in a moment it was “I’m looking things up for someone else I can’t help you” unprofessional. I work in automotive so I see all kinds of things on a daily basis. But if someone came to my business with that attitude I would decline service. When my girlfriend told me she thought she was rude I told her that I heard it and was about to tell here to put the glasses down and we would leave.
