Came in to pay my bill in cash due to not having enough time to pay online and was told I couldn't because they didn't have change. Came back the same day with the exact amount and was able to pay. Thought it was the end of it.

Got the new bill in the mail today with the online pay option url highlighted. Really grinds my gears due to the fact that I typically pay online, and have only paid in person one time.

Very rude, and quite unprofessional.

We pay our utilities through Compton and they have been incredibly nice and patient with our 101 new homeowner questions as well as very knowledgeable and happy to help whenever they can

I would like to thank Compton Accounting because they take care of everything and look out for my best interests. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and I trust them to do what is best for me.
