We hired Shane Cantrell (Cantrell Construction) to build a barndominium on our property in Alachua County. We paid him $5000 to start our project. Over the course of four weeks we met with Shane twice: Once on the property for 30 minutes and a lunch meeting that lasted an hour an a half. I tried to contact Shane several times during this period but he was unresponsive. Some of his excuses were he was at his kid's soccer game (he used this twice) - wanted to be there for his kids. He said he receives hundreds of texts and calls a day and can't possibly answer them all.
