Since I have been a patient at this location, I have been treated with nothing but respect. The quality of service, staff on hand and nurses doing their duties are all ahead of the game. I see Dr. Steele, and he is a listener, to the problems that you are having and does what he can to find a solution. It might not work the first time but Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was these problems. Give them a shot, I don't think you will be disappointed.
Dr. Patil was very thorough and detailed oriented and always had my best interest at the forefront during the time we spent together. I would refer him to family and friends ever given the opportunity. Keep up the good work my friend.

They are transitioning to a different model. There is still a bit of confusion about the new staffing model due to poor communications and/or explanations. This is an administrative issue and not the office or medical team's fault.
The patient portal is basic (at best) do not expect Epic (BJC/SSM/OSF/MERCY) accessibility. The patient portal has significant shortcomings; you can message your provider(s) and view many (not all) test results and a short visit summary. Results are not always posted in real time.
