I have had pain in my upper back for quite some time now, as I have osteoarthritis there. I go through periods of flare-ups where my upper body is left immobile. Between those, my back is extremely tight, and I get random shooting pain in my muscles. Essentially, I never have relief. I haven't had a massage in 1.5 years, and I was nervous to get one here in a new state.I was pleasantly surprised during my first appointment.
