From the minute you step in the door staff are greeting you. Appointments are prompt running on time and all the staff are engaged working as a true team. This is always an indicator of great management. When staff are happy engaging in work and welcoming then you know this is a great business. The selection of frames is amazing. I worked for a corporate optical for several years and we were limited on what variations we could get of frames. Well not at Heitz they have such a great selection and at amazing price points. Let me start by saying this place is intense... in a great way. If you want choices for frames boy you have them. I must have tried on at least 60 pairs which is nothing compared to the vast amounts they have. I fell in love with so many as they don't just have a bunch they have very nice frames. Ordered the nicest glasses I've ever got for the fraction of the price I've paid elsewhere. Absolutely awesome service, everyone was so kind and helpful.
