I had extremely well experience with Jennifer. She explained all my benefits in detail and easier manner so I can understand it well. She went above and beyond to make sure I get my glasses with best price and they fit well. She explained what other benefits and discounts I can get if I order second pair. Greatly appreciated her service. Keep up the great work. Thank you !
Rose, the manager, and staff were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I went to two different eye centers before I was recommended Walmart Optical in Addison and I was not disappointed at all. I am new to the optical world and Rose took the time to explain everything. This is now my optical center for good and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Thank you!!
Karina Salgado’s review is inaccurate description of Dr. Elakkatt who has served at Walmart for the past 23 years.
Dear Ms. Salgado,
The original 5 star review was to make up for your 1 star review of Walmart vision center. It’s unfair to hurt an entire business based on an isolated or one sided opinion of a doctor that doesn’t work for walmart. We have updated it with a neutral review.
If apology is what will help you see the situation clearly, then Dr. Elakkatt apologizes she offended you personally in any way.
If understanding is what you seek then, like she said before, she was giving you her professional advice. She’s protecting her patient (your child)… read full review
