I had extremely well experience with Jennifer. She explained all my benefits in detail and easier manner so I can understand it well. She went above and beyond to make sure I get my glasses with best price and they fit well. She explained what other benefits and discounts I can get if I order second pair. Rose, the manager, and staff were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I went to two different eye centers before I was recommended Walmart Optical in Addison and I was not disappointed at all. I am new to the optical world and Rose took the time to explain everything. This is now my optical center for good and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Thank you!!
