We waited for an hour in the waiting area with no explanation. The nurse was quite nice and patient during the visit with our kids. However, Dr. toseef had no patience whatsoever with our 3 year old who was doing his first ever eye exam. I will not be coming here again.
Terrible service, starting with the old man who treats us, then the doctor, Toseef Hasan, who because he had already treated 25 patients, treated my son and treated us very badly. He didn't shout and my son is 13 years old. He was just respectful. I didn't answer him, but really, what an experience. Horrible, I will never return and I do not recommend that you go, the way they treat is rubbish and it is not even free outside.
Worst experience ever, the doctor was great but what happened after just utter disgust. The manager rose, made faces when talking about my eye prescription. Then proceeded to look at my glasses and asked, “you don’t wear that in public do you?” I have never felt so upset in my life. What if I couldn’t afford contacts? You don’t know my situation and there you go about judging me. I may have bad eyesight but telling me these things in front of my face was horrible. There are better ways to go about this. I normally don’t right review about this but this had to be said. Be kind.
