I contacted my property manager since there was a leak coming from the above condo. The property manager contacted Midwest Property Services to come out. They were able to come out later that day and find where the leak was coming from. Midwest property services did have to come back and finish the job a few days later since there was drywall involved. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs done.

I am a rental property manager and at any given time there are multiple maintenance issues. Our company has been using MPS for almost 8 years and couldn't be happier with their service. They have skilled technicians in the field and a wonderful support staff in the office! Even during this COVID pandemic, they are still working very hard to take care of their customers. I often refer other people to MPS and will continue to do so!

They are experts in virtually every area and work diligently and efficiently to get the job done right! Their 24/7 emergency service is an amazing added and worth having on speed dial!
