Norma has a great customer service, a kind hearted individual and values her customers opinion. I came in for a change of style and color for the first time in her salon. I had an old ashy blonde balayage and new grown black hair. Before i came in I contacted a couple salons so that I could ask for details before coming in and show them what i style i want.
