Was sent there on a follow up from an ER visit as I did not have a primary care Dr. What a mistake. They charged me a ridiculous sum for initial visit and “extended visit” even though THEY were late. A random fee for a depression test even though I took no such test and was there on a cardiac followup. When I tried to call the billing, I was met with unintelligible customer service rep with a lot of background noise then they hung up on me. Figuring that the email contact on the bill would be a better chance, I sent them a message. I have heard nothing back in a week. Given the way they handle the office, I'm not confident they will properly receive my check without a receipt. Avoid this place!
