The company as a whole has always exceeded my expectations. the office staff is professional and helpful. The owners Rich and Mike have always provided good advice and fair pricing for the projects we have done. Their field staff does quality work. I need to mention Kevin from the field staff is one of the best I have worked with in the HVAC industry.
Francisco was friendly and personable. He was efficient and knows exactly what he’s doing. I also like A Perfect Climate’s new vans and uniforms. Rick and Chris have also done work and maintenance on our HVAC system and furnace in the past. They get five stars as well. I’m very happy they were referred to me by a friend some years ago. Also ask them about their customer discount program.
I called A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling about a problem I was having with leaks related to the piping from my hot water heating system. James F came over to do an estimate and was a tremendous help in figuring out the problems and solutions to this and other issues I’m having with my plumbing in the basement.
